ummary:
The Executive Assistant provides high - level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, acting as a trusted partner in managing priorities, communications, and operations. This is a critical role that requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced envi
ronment.
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and in
itiative.

Execut
- ive SupportManage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts with soun
d judgementCoordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, transfers and ac
commodationPrepare and screen correspondence, acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the executive (and his /
her team )Attend meetings, capture minutes, and track follow - up actions to
