Raise and manage purchase orders for subcontracted transport providers and maintain accurate cost records.

Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation is completed, tracked and filed accurately.

Maintain fleet administration, including servicing, MOTs, inspections and maintenance records.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are prepared, dispatched and delivered on time.

Maintain accurate transport records, reports and compliance documentation using transport management systems.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy operational environment.

High level of IT proficiency and confidence working with IMS, Transport Management Systems, driver management systems and route planning software.

Good understanding of transport and distribution processes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
