Salary: £30,000 Basic | £38,000 OTE (Realistic) | Overtime Available
Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm, only 1in4 Saturday mornings
Richard Abson Group is delighted to be assisting a prestigious automotive dealership in Llandudno in their search for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.
Representing one of the industry's leading premium brands, this dealership forms part of a highly respected dealer group renowned for investing in its people. You'll benefit from ongoing manufacturer training, genuine career progression, and the opportunity to work within a modern, forward-thinking business embracing the latest hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience. You'll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products.
