Are you an ambitious Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer or QA professional looking to take the next step in your career?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established precision engineering business supplying high-specification components into the aerospace and defence sectors.
You'll take ownership of the Quality function, lead a small team, and play a key role in modernising quality processes, driving continuous improvement and helping shape the future of the business.
This isn't about maintaining the status quo. We're looking for someone with fresh ideas, energy and the ambition to build something.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll take responsibility for the Quality Management System and become the focal point for all quality-related activities across the business.
