This role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning meaningful experiences, managing multiple projects, and delivering exceptional service under pressure. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing bespoke marriage proposals from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is for someone who is passionate for planning and decor styling.
This is a full-time hybrid role; availability on Saturdays and evenings is essential, as this is our busiest event times.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Proposal Planner / Event Planner in the London Area, United Kingdom, with options for partial remote work. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating engagement proposals and other events, executing proposal decor, managing budgets, collaborating with clients to develop personalised experiences, maintaining seamless communication with vendors, and managing event logistics to ensure flawless execution. The role will also involve business development activities to grow client opportunities.
