CLV Riyadh is expanding its team and is seeking an exceptional coach to join our growing private
performance operation in Riyadh.
We deliver high-level mobile personal training and performance coaching to an elite private clientele across Riyadh, combining world-class coaching standards with exceptional professionalism, discretion, and service.
This is an opportunity to become part of a modern performance brand operating at the intersection of elite coaching and luxury client experience.
The Role
As a Mobile Performance Coach, you will deliver bespoke at-home personal training sessions across Riyadh while representing the standards and culture of CLV Riyadh within private residences and high-level client environments.
This role requires a coach who is adaptable, emotionally intelligent, highly professional, and capable of delivering both exceptional coaching and exceptional client experience.
What We Look For
• Minimum 4+ years industry experience
• Minimum degree educated or equivalent in related field of study
• Team player that adds to team culture and environment
• Strong technical coaching ability
• Experience within luxury, private, or high-performance environments preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism, organisation, and reliability
• Adaptability within a dynamic client environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

International Relocation Pathway
CLV Riyadh operates a structured international recruitment and relocation pathway for overseas
hires.
All international coaches initially join through an integration-based consultancy agreement
structure before progressing into long-term permanent arrangements where appropriate.
This pathway is designed to support long-term operational fit while providing flexibility during the
