Overview
The Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher plays a key role in delivering a high-quality Early Years education within a bilingual, internationally focused learning environment. This position involves creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where young learners can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum framework
Foster early literacy, numeracy, and social development skills
Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues within the Global Immersion Program
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development
The ideal candidate
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (British curriculum background preferred)
Minimum 1 year of Kindergarten / Early Years teaching experience
Qualified Early Childhood educator
Strong classroom management skills
Patient, warm, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
Adaptable and culturally sensitive within an international school environment
Available to start October 2026
