This is your opportunity to join a well established, independent supplier of pensions secretariat and trusteeship services looking to expand their consulting team.
This business works at the heart of some of the most complex decisions employers and trustee boards face, from governance and strategy through to member outcomes, combining pensions, employee benefits, HR, and strategic consulting expertise to deliver practical, common-sense solutions.
What you'll be doing:
You'll own good governance across a portfolio of clients, with real scope to shape how those relationships are run, including:
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing consulting support and building lasting client relationships
Running secretariat services, from meeting management to minute production
Driving governance projects across a varied and growing client base
Managing invoicing, processing, and annual scheme budgets
Keeping accurate time-cost records to support the billing cycle
Earning trust through proactive, sharp delivery, every time

What they're looking for:

- Good knowledge of defined benefit occupational pension schemes
2-5 years' experience as a Consultant/Secretary to Trustees in the pensions sector
Proficient across Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent written skills with high attention to detail
PMI Associate status (or working towards it) desirable but not essential
Pensions Regulator Toolkit Certificate to be completed within one year of joining
