Role Title: Contracts Manager

Business Unit: Digital Infrastructure

Location: Leicester

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced contracts manager to oversee projects within Telecoms EV Infrastructure Civil Engineering and Building works. The role involves managing contractual obligations ensuring compliance and supporting project delivery across multiple frameworks.

What You Will be Doing:

  • Manage all contractual aspects of projects including reviewing negotiating and administering contracts
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements legal standards and company policies
  • Liaise with clients stakeholders and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and resolve contractual issues
  • Provide contractual advice and support to project managers and delivery teams
  • Monitor contract performance variations and claims ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
  • Report directly to senior leadership on contractual risks opportunities and financial performance
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders bids and framework agreements
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are embedded within contractual obligations and delivery plans
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts and project delivery
  • Support continuous improvement in contract management processes
  • Manage the provision of confidential and sensitive information

About You:

  • Proven experience in contract management within telecoms EV infrastructure or civil engineering projects
  • Degree or equivalent in civil engineering construction management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cabling ducting and data network installations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts across different sectors
  • Competence in contract management systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Qualifications required:
  • Knowledge of NEC and other standard forms of contract
  • SMSTS or equivalent safety certification

  • Full UK driving licence
