Evening Customer Service Advisor
Milton Keynes | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Start
£12.85 per hour + Evening Premium (£15.42 per hour from 7pm to Midnight)

Tate Recruitment is currently recruiting for Evening Customer Service Advisors to join a leading customer experience centre based in Milton Keynes. Successful candidates must be available to attend a mandatory two-week training programme:
Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm
Important: You must be able to commit to the full training period and have no holidays booked during your first six weeks of employment.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers from around the world, providing outstanding support across multiple communication channels. Working within a busy and friendly customer experience team, you'll ensure every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

For the first three months, you will be employed through Tate Recruitment on a weekly paid timesheet basis. Following successful completion of this period, you will move into a permanent role with the client, with no additional probation period required.
