KJ Talent are partnering with an exciting, high-growth premium skincare business to recruit a Senior Global Marketing Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a brand with an exceptional reputation, a loyal customer community, and ambitious plans for continued UK and international growth. You'll have genuine ownership, influence strategic direction, and play a key role in the next chapter of the brand's journey.
This isn't a role for someone who simply manages campaigns. We're looking for a commercially minded brand leader who understands consumers, can spot opportunities for growth, and loves building brands that people genuinely connect with.
You'll be responsible for:
The go-to-market planning process for new product launches and brand initiatives, developing aligned, multi-channel marketing plans
Managing agency partners across OOH, digital media, brand partnerships, eventing and experiential marketing. xwwtmva
Working closely with the Product Development, Growth, Commercial and Leadership teams
Using consumer insights and performance data to shape decision-making
