Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
The successful candidate will promote TTP's full range of transport refrigeration products to customers operating within the transport, logistics and commercial vehicle industries.
This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Northern Ireland within the Thermo King range.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet operators, transport companies, body builders, vehicle dealers and commercial vehicle customers.
Promote the full range of Thermo King refrigeration equipment and associated products.
Generate quotations and follow opportunities through to successful completion.
Work closely with the service and parts departments to deliver complete customer solutions.
Carry out customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Represent TTP at industry events, exhibitions and customer open days where required.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Skills & Experience Essential: Previous experience in a business-to-business sales role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Desirable: Experience within commercial vehicles, transport refrigeration, automotive, fleet, engineering or capital equipment sales.
Knowledge of transport and logistics operations.
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering products.
HGV license.
