The Role
Kingsley is retained by an expanding and ambitious property consultancy who, because of continued expansion, are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Property Manager - Associate Director level, to join its’ Northwest team.
You will be joining a dedicated team with a high level of autonomy and client management / leadership opportunities are provided, allowing full involvement in all aspects of managing the expanding property portfolio.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
Act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders
Where possible, ensure a robust facilities service is provided to clients, proactively addressing maintenance needs
Support integration and coordination with the wider property management services
Align property management operations, standards, and bespoke service offerings
Ensure statutory and regulatory safety compliance across all managed sites
Build strong reputations with clients
Support with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Produce detailed reports for both clients and the Board, including performance and improvement plans
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
Assist with other property management matters as required
Remuneration:
- Competitive Basic Salary £65,000 - £70,000 p.a. (D.O.E.)
