Job Description
I am partnering with a truly tech-driven MGA looking for a Product Manager to work across multiple innovative bespoke products and take ownership of their Broker Relationship Management (BRM) product, working across Distribution, Revenue Operations and broker-facing teams to improve broker lifecycle, trading workflows and user experience.

About the role:
This is an outcomes-focused role where you'll balance stakeholder needs, customer insight and commercial priorities to deliver products that improve efficiency, support growth and enhance the broker experience.
About you:
You're a product-focused problem solver who enjoys turning complex business challenges into practical, valuable solutions. You'll be working on bespoke products alongside onsite engineering and technical teams, so you're comfortable collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and delivery teams. You're motivated by improving products through evidence, collaboration and continuous learning, with a focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Working model: 3 days in the London office
