This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to take ownership of a beautifully maintained school campus, ensuring pupils and staff benefit from a safe, secure and inspiring learning environment. Reporting to the Bursar, you'll lead the day-to-day management of the school's estate while driving high standards across maintenance, compliance and health & safety.
You'll be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the school's buildings, grounds and facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the maintenance and upkeep of the school estate
Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
Overseeing contractors and external service providers
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, fire safety and statutory regulations
Managing facilities budgets and procurement
Developing long-term maintenance and improvement plans
Supporting school events and ensuring the site operates efficiently throughout the year

The school is looking for an experienced Estates Manager, Facilities Manager or Site Manager with a strong understanding of building compliance and contractor management.
You'll be a confident leader with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptionally high standards across the school site.
£48,000 – £60,000 per annum
