Development location: Located in the picturesque village of North Leigh, close to Witney and Oxford
About the development: Brand new development consisting of 55 new homes, ranging from two to five-bedroom homes, including a collection of larger detached family homes. Located in the picturesque village of North Leigh, close to Witney and Oxford and opposite the prestigious Estelle Manor, this carefully considered development will deliver a collection of high-quality two to five-bedroom homes in one of the region’s most desirable locations.

An experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, working on a brand new and prestigious ‘new build’ housing development. Responsible for the delivery of 55 new homes, ranging from two to five-bedroom homes, including a collection of larger detached family homes. These homes are to be built to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.
Senior Site Manager or Project Manager – About you:
You will be an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a regional developer/contractor or national PLC developer; and with experience delivering projects above 50 units in size.
