Are you a natural people person with a passion for creating memorable first impressions? We're recruiting for a part time Guest Services Host to join our team, supporting the Glasgow offices of a leading organisation in the financial services sector.
As the face of the workplace, you'll be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff-bringing warmth, professionalism, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude to every interaction.

You'll be part of a small, supportive team where your contribution genuinely matters. Every day brings variety, human connection, and the chance to elevate someone's experience-whether it's a visiting client or a colleague who needs a hand.
Hours: 16 hours per week, shifts from 8 am-5 pm & 9 am-6 pm, Thursdays and Fridays - Flexibility required to work shifts up until 10 pm on occasion to cover events.
Salary: 10,491
Although this role is primarily based out of the firms Glasgow office. The successful candidate will need to be flexible to travel to the firms Edinburgh offices to cover shifts when required. As well as the firms other regional offices from time to time. Travel expenses will be covered.
