Reporting to the Head of Risk, you'll provide commercially focused legal advice across the firm's international offices, helping ensure compliance with evolving regulatory obligations while supporting the firm's risk and compliance framework. Key Responsibilities
This opportunity would suit a qualified lawyer with at least six years' PQE and strong experience within the Risk & Compliance function of an international law firm. You'll have an excellent understanding of the SRA regulatory framework and experience advising on legal and regulatory risk matters including financial crime, conflicts, confidentiality and data protection.
You will be a confident communicator with strong analytical and organisational skills, capable of building trusted relationships across the business while delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice. A proactive approach, sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Experience delivering training, managing complaints or supporting professional indemnity matters would be advantageous.
