Smart4Sciences is partnering with a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturer to recruit a Training Officer for their Birmingham site.
About the RoleReporting to the Head of Quality, you will lead the site's training programme, ensuring all employees are competent and fully compliant with GMP, MHRA, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
You'll be responsible for maintaining inspection-ready training records, delivering and coordinating training across the site, assessing competency, and driving continuous improvement to support a strong culture of quality and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOther requirements * Willingness to work occasional non-standard hours to support shift-based or out-of-hours training delivery. * Compliance with all site health & safety, GMP, and data integrity requirements at all times.
