What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
- Directly line manage any assigned staff which may include Property Managers, Property Coordinators and any onsite staff
Responding to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, and ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues is provided
Manage all aspects of health, safety and compliance
Conduct regular site inspections
Manage contractors to deliver a high quality of service that is value for money at our developments
Set accurate budgets for the developments in your portfolio
Attending resident meetings on site, sometimes outside of office hours at a time to suit our clients
Taking ownership of client relationship management on each of the sites within their portfolio
Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledge
Be a contact point for property managers in the team to help with complex property issues
Be actively involved in department projects and contribute to business improvements
Deliver training session to the team
Contribute to the strategic delivery targets for the business
Respond to all enquiries in line with our Centrick Customer Service Charter
To support with the day to day running of the department in line with Director guidance
Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements
What you need to succeed
- Able to proactively manage the team to success, spot issues and solve them
Able to delegate effectively and coach team members to achieve their goals
Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
Experience of working in a similar role is essential
ATPI qualification is essential
