Drive your career forward.LGV Class 2 Driver wanted. Our client, a well-established firm within the Builders Merchant industry, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a LGV Class 2 Driver to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to increased demand.

The successful LGV Class 2 Driver should have: ·CAT C Class 2 LGV Licence ·CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card ·Driving Licence Category C with no more than 6 points ·A positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed ·The ability to work effectively as part of a team while remaining reliable and trustworthy

In this role, the LGV Class 2 Driver will be responsible for: ·Completing local multi-drop deliveries of building materials ·Operating Class 2 vehicles safely and professionally across the local area ·Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time ·Providing excellent customer service at customer sites ·Complying with all transport, tachograph and health & safety regulations

This is an excellent opportunity for a LGV Class 2 Driver to join Gloucestershire's leading independent Builder's Merchant. The successful LGV Class 2 Driver will benefit from joining a company with a long-standing reputation for quality service, excellent job security and genuine career progression opportunities. Whilst a HIAB licence is preferred, our client is willing to fund the qualification for the right LGV Class 2 Driver.

Our client is offering the successful LGV Class 2 Driver a salary in the region of £33,000 per annum plus benefits including a workplace pension from day one, Death in Service Insurance (3x salary), 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, Christmas closedown between Christmas Eve and 2 January, company social events, a fully funded Christmas party, all PPE supplied, discretionary sick pay and access to discounted local parking at £45 per month.
