Here's who we're looking for: We're looking for a recognised industry expert with significant experience in energy regulation, industry governance and code management. You will bring: * Senior-level experience within the energy sector, particularly in regulatory, industry governance or related functions. * Extensive knowledge of industry governance arrangements, code modification processes, regulatory impact assessments and Ofgem decision-making. * A strong track record of interpreting complex regulatory obligations and translating them into clear, practical and commercially sound business solutions. * Experience influencing senior stakeholders on high-profile regulatory, operational and commercial matters. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, challenge and build credibility both internally and externally. * Experience leading through complex industry change and navigating fast-moving strategic and operational priorities. * Strong leadership capability with experience developing and motivating high-performing teams. * Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Regulatory Reporting Expertise You will have substantial experience in regulatory reporting governance, including: * Regulatory reporting frameworks and controls. * Data quality assurance and audit trails. * Escalation and governance processes. * Regulatory information requests and regulator engagement. * Audit readiness and compliance assurance. * Senior stakeholder reporting and governance. * Continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls. Join us and help drive the energy transition in a way that is safe, compliant, customer-focused and commercially sustainable. Why should you apply?
