At Formula 1, we are passionate about delivering the world’s greatest sports and entertainment spectacle leaving a positive legacy wherever we race. Innovation has always been at the heart of what we do ever since our first Grand Prix in 1950. Now, more than 75 years on, the sport remains a pioneer, developing technologies that have made a significant impact on society beyond the track.

Everything you see on screen or at an event comes via our passionate and dedicated people. Whether its engineering, broadcast, legal, logistics, security, event management, commercial, media rights, marketing, or communications there is always a talented team working to maximise the potential of the sport.

Role Overview

As Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping Formula 1 deliver some of the world's most prestigious and technically complex sporting events. Working at the heart of race operations, you will support the safe delivery of Formula 1's global broadcast, media and technical infrastructure across the Formula One World Championship.

In this role, you will travel internationally throughout the Formula 1 season, working alongside Technical, Logistics, Production and Broadcast teams to help ensure race weekends are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standards. From the build-up of world-class broadcast facilities to the live delivery of Grands Prix and the subsequent derig, you will be embedded within the operation, providing practical health and safety expertise in some of the most fast-paced environments in global sport.

You will act as a trusted advisor to operational teams across the business, developing health and safety plans, conducting inspections and audits, supporting incident investigations and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety across Formula 1's race operations. You will also play a key role in helping to shape and evolve safety processes, ensuring Formula 1 continues to operate at the highest standards as the sport continues to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity for a health and safety professional who enjoys being close to the action, building strong stakeholder relationships and making a tangible impact on the successful delivery of major international events. You will be practical, proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to operate in dynamic environments and the passion to contribute to one of the world's most recognised sporting brands.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
