The Crowd are delighted to be partnering with an influential international design studio as they open their first-ever UK office. They are seeking an Office Manager to join their newly established London studio on a permanent basis.



Based in a beautiful central London location, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing office management, HR support, and PA assistance to the Directors. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional studio environment.



Our client is looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who enjoys taking ownership, using their initiative, and thriving in a collaborative and friendly workplace. Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the day-to-day running of the studio


Help to promote a positive, collaborative and social environment


Support the director where needed with scheduling and emails


Proofread/manage documents and support with presentations


Arrange travel and internal/external meetings


Ensure office supplies are maintained


Maintain internal databases


Organise office activities, events, and employee initiatives


Manage health and safety compliance and assist with HR tasks


Ensure a warm welcome is received by visitors and guests




Key Skills/Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a similar role


Strong verbal and written communication skills


A professional and positive approach


Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritisation skills


Meticulous attention to detail


Proactive approach with confidence in anticipating needs and solving problems efficiently
