Location: Bury Saint Edmunds
You will lead, coach, and direct a dedicated team of administrators. You will be responsible for setting clear performance goals, maintaining WIP data accuracy, managing software migrations, and delivering the high-level reporting needed for our executive team and Account Managers to make informed decisions.
This is a dynamic, people-first role that combines day-to-day team management with process optimisation and active customer support.
What You’ll Do
Direct daily admin workloads, mentor staff, and foster a high-performing team environment.
Track weekly WIP data to generate accurate performance reports for leadership and Account Managers.
Oversee contract registers and sales/operations planning (via Quotient) for clear account visibility.
Support and help lead internal software transitions (including Collabit).
Collate data, reports, and documentation to prepare Account Managers for monthly progress meetings.
Resolve incoming queries from customers and field technicians, raising additional work orders as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a customer support management or administration team lead role (Essential).
Advanced IT skills with a strong aptitude for working with data, handling WIP reports, and navigating CRM/ERP systems.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and data accuracy.
Ability to remain calm, structured, and effective under pressure.
