Working with our Conference and Banqueting Team supporting with the coordination of events weddings functions you will be able to manage a team of staff many of whom may be casual or part-time giving clear direction and instruction. You will be happy speaking to customers and participate in the upselling of facilities or the touring of the hotel promoting its appeal as a conference and events venue.
The role will involve working the current team and also training new team members joining the business and focusing on delivering excellent customer service to all our guests.
