Our Marketing team is responsible for bringing our brand to life through engaging campaigns, digital experiences and events that connect with colleagues, customers, partners and installers. The team delivers integrated marketing activity that supports business objectives, enhances customer engagement and strengthens our brand across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a diverse programme of internal and external events each year. You will manage every stage of the event lifecycle, from concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation, working closely with stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every event is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. *You will be responsible for : * * Developing and delivering an annual events programme aligned to marketing and commercial objectives, working with stakeholders to create events that strengthen brand awareness, engagement and business growth. * Leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of internal and external events, managing timelines, logistics, suppliers, venues and on-site execution to ensure successful, compliant and high-quality experiences. * Managing event budgets, monitoring expenditure and negotiating with suppliers to deliver cost-effective events while maximising value and return on investment. * Building strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, sponsors and partners to ensure collaborative planning and seamless event delivery. * Working closely with the marketing team to promote events through integrated campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and effective management of registrations, communications and attendee experiences. * Measuring event performance against agreed objectives, producing post-event reports and using insights and feedback to continuously improve future events. *Interested?
