De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor, are recruiting for a Reception Manager to join the team.

As the Reception Manager you will promote a positive environment where colleagues are multi skilled ensuring our guests always receives the friendliest and most efficient service possible, while also positively approaching any sales opportunity. Working closely with your team, you’ll make sure that all colleagues are aware of each day’s business such as VIP visits and any special requirements that may be needed.

Your skills & experience:
• You have Reception / Front of House management experience ideally within a similar sized hotel
• You have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with people, which is vital for this role when liaising with both guests and various different departments and teams across the Hotel
• You have the ability to motivate and inspire team members, encouraging them to put their heart and soul in to creating memorable moments for our guests
• You are able to delegate effectively and have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.
