Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Bromborough, Wirral

Pay Rate: £95 - £115 per day

In this dynamic post, you will blend whole-class cover with targeted small-group intervention work. Paying a competitive rate of £95 - £115 per day, it is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious educator who wants to expand their practical leadership skills in education and training. Key Responsibilities

As a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will take on a vital role in classroom continuity:

Classroom Cover: Step in to deliver pre-planned lessons across various year groups during PPA time or teacher absence in Bromborough. Academic Interventions: Lead structured booster sessions in maths, phonics, and literacy to raise core attainment levels. Support Coordination: Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to ensure tailored support for pupils with additional needs. Positive Climate: Maintain strong classroom management and an encouraging environment.Candidate Profile

Holds an HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification (or strong, demonstrable experience covering classes). Proven track record working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or high performing TA in primary education. A proactive mindset toward expanding your qualifications through continuous education and training.
