Responsibilities
- Proven facilities management experience within a technical or highly regulated environment
Strong knowledge of critical building services and infrastructure
Experience managing cleanrooms or controlled environments
Demonstrated success managing contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Sound understanding of UK health, safety, and compliance legislation
Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams
Knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, and lifecycle strategies
Understanding of sustainability and energy management practices
Qualifications
- Engineering, Facilities Management, or related qualifications are advantageous
Professional membership (IWFM, CIBSE, or similar) would be beneficial
