About the Service This well-established Extra Care service provides support for almost 100 older adults, helping people maintain their independence within a safe, welcoming and purpose-built environment. The service is supported by a large and experienced staff team, with approximately 1012 colleagues on duty during the day and 2 overnight staff, ensuring high-quality support is available around the clock. With a strong reputation for innovation, quality and colleague development, this is an organisation where your leadership will be recognised, your career will continue to grow, and the difference you make will be felt every day.
