Job description
Tenancy Management Advisor Location : Chichester Salary : £28,000 - £30,000 Would you like to join Hyde as a Tenancy Management Advisor? We are now seeking a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team and play a key role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused housing service. What you'll be doing * Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries * Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers * Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention * Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems * Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases * Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches * Carry out risk assessments and support case planning * Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners * Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies About you We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and customer-focused, with experience in housing, ASB or a similar frontline service environment. * Experience in ASB, tenancy management or housing-related casework * Some knowledge of housing law, tenancy processes and safeguarding principles * Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations Why join Hyde?
