Job description
The Vacancy Strategy & Bid Development Lead Location: Lombard House Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week, Full Time Contract: Permanent About the Role We are seeking a proactive and strategic Strategy & Bid Development Lead to drive organisational growth through the development of high-quality bids, tenders and strategic proposals. Reporting to the Director of Service Provision & Strategic Growth, you will identify new opportunities, manage Lena's product and proposition portfolio, and lead the end-to-end bid development process. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities aligned with organisational objectives. Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids, tenders and proposals. Manage the lifecycle of products and service propositions from development through to review and refinement. Coordinate cross-functional input from clinical, operational, digital, finance and commercial teams. Use market intelligence, customer insight and performance data to inform strategic decision-making. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular progress reporting. Ensure all submissions are compliant, evidence-based and aligned with organisational values and quality standards. About You You will have experience in bid and tender development, strategy, business development or a related field, with strong project management, stakeholder engagement and written communication skills. You will be analytical, organised and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver successful outcomes.
