Salary -£29,725 - £37,527 per annum (Depending on experience) Hours -7 hours per week, all year round Contract -Fixed Term Location -Peterborough College Closing Date 18th August 2026 We are seeking an enthusiastic industry expert or educator to teach and assess students acrossLevel 1 to 3 Hospitality and Cateringcourses. In this role, you will lead classrooms and training environments, run course co-ordination, and help shape the future workforce of the vibrant hospitality sector. Key Skills You Bring * Culinary & Service Expertise: Deep knowledge of professional cookery, food service, and hospitality trends. * Course Co-ordination: Capability to manage curriculum delivery, schemes of work, and group profiles. * Target Driven Coaching: Creating actionable individual SMART goals to boost student retention. * Quality Assurance: Skilled in internal verification and moderation to meet awarding body standards. * Tech Integration: Using Information Learning Technology (ILT) to build modern learning environments. * Functional Contextualisation: Embedding essential English and maths naturally into practical lessons.
