Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join PACE School in Buckinghamshire, supporting children aged 5–16 years with a range of communication and developmental needs.#

The Role
You will provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention, helping pupils develop their communication skills, independence, and participation within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a specialist paediatric SLT caseload
Complete communication, language, speech and swallowing assessments where appropriate
Develop and deliver personalised therapy programmes
Support children with complex communication needs, autism, and developmental language difficulties
Work collaboratively with teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, families, and wider professionals
Contribute to EHCPs, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary planning
Provide training and advice to school staff and parents/carers
Support service development and junior colleagues
What we’re looking for:
HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
Experience working within paediatrics or specialist education
Knowledge of autism, complex communication needs, and developmental language disorders
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Location: Buckinghamshire
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £47,976
