Location: Fully remote, UK
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
Employment Type: Permanent
We are partnered with a fast-growing organisation operating within a highly regulated healthcare sector that is looking to make its first dedicated UK data hire.
This is a genuinely greenfield opportunity. Data currently sits across several different systems, with reporting and analysis relying heavily on manual spreadsheet processes. The business is now investing in building a more reliable data foundation that will provide greater visibility across customer journeys, operational performance and clinical outcomes.
As Data Analyst, you will take ownership of bringing this data together, improving its structure and helping senior stakeholders make better, evidence-led decisions.
You will receive guidance from an established global data function, but you will operate as the standalone data specialist for the UK business. This makes the role particularly well suited to someone who is self-directed, curious and excited by the opportunity to build rather than inherit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bringing together data from multiple systems to create a clear and reliable view of operational performance
Building and maintaining data models and pipelines using SQL, with the opportunity to work with Snowflake and dbt
Developing dashboards and reporting that provide visibility across customer journeys, conversion funnels and business performance
Working with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate business questions into practical data solutions
Improving data quality, consistency and categorisation across the organisation
Identifying patterns and insights that can improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency
Presenting findings clearly to senior business leaders and specialist clinical professionals
Helping define how data should be structured, governed and used across the UK business
Establishing scalable processes that can support the organisation as it continues to grow
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on SQL skills and the confidence to work directly within the data layer
Experience building or supporting data pipelines, rather than working solely on dashboards and visualisation
Exposure to Snowflake, dbt or similar modern data technologies would be highly advantageous
Experience with a visualisation platform such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
Approximately one to three years of commercial experience within data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role
A degree in a STEM subject, Economics or another analytically rigorous discipline
The ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring extensive day-to-day management
Strong communication skills and the professional confidence to work with senior stakeholders
A curious and commercially minded approach, with an interest in understanding the wider business problem rather than simply producing reports
Comfortable working within a regulated or data-sensitive environment
Why Join? xwwtmva
- Build from scratch: Define how data is structured and used without having to navigate significant legacy infrastructure
High ownership: Become the dedicated data specialist for the UK organisation and take responsibility for meaningful business outcomes
Meaningful data: Work with information that can influence customer experiences, clinical services and real-world outcomes
