Job description

About Us

Here, students receive a first-class education. We believe every young person and every member of staff should be inspired to dream bigger than they ever thought possible. At Harris Academy Greenwich, we are driven by a simple belief: we have one life, and we should use it to make a real difference. Our culture of success, integrity and moral courage empowers every student to achieve more than they imagined and to leave their own mark on the world. We know that parents want their children to flourish — to succeed in their chosen paths, build strong relationships and approach life with confidence and joy. Year after year, our Academy provides the environment, challenge and care that help young people grow into happy, successful and well-rounded individuals. We hold the same high aspirations for our staff. We invest in world-class training, exceptional support and a shared sense of moral purpose so that our teachers can master their craft, thrive every day and remain energised by the best job in the world. If you are considering joining us as a member of staff, you can be confident that Harris Academy Greenwich is a truly brilliant community. We are incredibly proud of our school — and we would love to welcome you into it.
