Job description

We are Legends Global!

Legends Global delivers world-class solutions in sport, entertainment, and live events, combining international expertise with a 360-degree, data-driven approach across Partnerships, Hospitality, Merchandise, and Attractions. We partner with leading clients to create memorable experiences worldwide. Committed to inclusion, diversity, and innovation, we foster a collaborative culture guided by our values — Align, Scale, Connect, Team, Win — where every team member can thrive and make an impact. Sound like a winning formula for you? Join us!

The Role:

At Legends Global, exceptional events start behind the scenes. As Operations Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of AO Arena’s event operation, providing vital support that helps world-class concerts, sporting events and live entertainment run seamlessly. From improving processes and managing key operational information to supporting event planning and logistics, you’ll play an integral role in keeping a fast-paced team organised, efficient and ready to deliver unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Please Note: This position is 16 hours per week, with a core working day of Tuesday. The other hours can be flexible within the working week and we will discuss this with you at interview.

What we offer:

At Legends Global, hosting events is what we do best—and we want our people to experience it too. Enjoy discounted tickets to your favourite events and unleash your inner superfan.

Work hard, rest well: you’ll get 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

We care about life outside work—our Life Assurance policy helps protect your loved ones while you focus on success.

Plan for the future with our 5% pension contribution, so your golden years are all about the bucket list.

HealthShield helps cover unexpected medical costs such as, dental, physio, and counselling expenses—for you and your children.

We’ve partnered with AXA Health to offer an Employee Assistance Programme supporting mental wellbeing.

See clearly and think big with our eye care vouchers and glasses contribution.

Go green and get fit with our Cycle to Work scheme.

And because great people know great people—refer a friend and get rewarded.

Gain extra peace of mind with a free will writing service through mylastwill.com, helping you protect what matters most.

Take the stress out of homeownership with free mortgage advice, providing expert guidance when you need it.

Make your commute easier and more affordable with our Northern Rail season ticket scheme, helping you save on travel throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the event lifecycle, coordinating communications, preparing documentation and supporting event planning activities.

  • Manage operational records and reporting, ensuring event files, schedules, staffing allocations and venue data are accurate, up to date and effectively maintained.

  • Support business operations and compliance, collating attendance, incident and health & safety information, escalating issues where appropriate and maintaining key policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate departmental resources and logistics, including equipment orders, office supplies, uniforms, PPE, payroll administration and meeting arrangements.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders, providing proactive support that helps deliver safe, efficient and successful events.

You will have:

  • Proven administrative experience within a busy, fast-paced environment, with the ability to keep processes organised and running smoothly.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence building positive relationships across colleagues, contractors, suppliers and visitors.

  • Experience coordinating meetings and managing information, including preparing documentation, facilitating discussions and producing accurate meeting notes.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to improve administrative processes, multitask effectively and take initiative under pressure.

Inclusive Workplace:

At Legends Global, we’re shaping a greener, faster, and more innovative future for the entertainment industry — and there’s never been a better time to join us. We’re an inclusive organisation built on trust, collaboration, and respect, where every voice matters.

We value diversity, equal opportunity, and flexible working, and we’re committed to a fair and accessible recruitment process for all. If you require any adjustments, please let us know. Apply today to make an impact from day one — applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may close early.
