Salary and Benefits
• £25k = 26000 MAD per month starting net salary for someone with around two years’ experience.
• £32k = 33000 MAD per month net would be the top of our pay scale, typically for someone with around 10+ years’ relevant experience.
• 10,000 MAD monthly allowance is specifically a housing allowance (equivalent to approximately £800 per month / £9,600 per year).
• An annual 4,000 MAD flight allowance for the staff member.
• Flights at the start and end of the contract for the staff member and any accompanying dependants.
• Comprehensive medical insurance (including dental) for the staff member and dependants.
• Free tuition for up to two children, with only minor additional costs such as uniform.
Recruitment Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject or Education.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• A minimum of two years' recent teaching experience within the British curriculum is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and, where appropriate, Cambridge International programmes.
• A commitment to high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.
• Excellent classroom management and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse international school community.
• Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and promoting student wellbeing.
