Head of Finance
Location: London/Brighton
Salary: £75,000 2 days per week - £150/180k pro rata

We're exclusively partnering with an ambitious, founder-led consumer business operating across the UK and Europe to recruit a Head of Finance. This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, helping shape business strategy while leading an established finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing decisions, partnering with stakeholders across the business and driving commercial performance, rather than simply producing the numbers.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of the finance function across multiple European entities, leading financial planning, reporting, commercial analysis and strategic decision making.

About You
You'll be an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong commercial instincts and experience operating in a senior finance leadership position.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience within manufacturing, retail, consumer products or another product-led environment would be highly advantageous, as would exposure to international businesses, ERP implementations and finance transformation projects.
