This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a commercial litigation practice within an established and respected firm, with a particular focus on shareholder and partnership disputes.
The firm already advises a strong and loyal client base - including founders, boards, partnerships and senior executives - which is largely untapped from a commercial litigation perspective, creating immediate and organic growth potential.

The Ideal Candidate
- Established Commercial Litigation Partner (or Senior Legal Director / SC with partnership ambitions)
Demonstrable expertise in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and related commercial litigation
Portable practice welcomed but not essential, given the strength of the existing client base
Commercial, collaborative and collegiate mindset
