PROPÓSITO DA FUNÇÃO
Atuar na condução dos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção da Móbile, assegurando qualidade técnica, agilidade, alinhamento ao perfil institucional e uma experiência de cuidado e respeito para candidatos e gestores. A função também contribui para o aprimoramento contínuo dos processos e para iniciativas estratégicas da área de Gestão de Talentos.
