The studio has grown to a team of around 30 architects and interior architects. Most of its work is in London, alongside private residential projects in France, Italy and Switzerland.
Its projects bring together architecture, interior architecture and interior design to create highly considered homes for private clients. The work is detailed, elegant and sensitive to the character of each property, often involving the comprehensive refurbishment and reconfiguration of substantial existing buildings.
The Opportunity
The studio is looking for a Project Architect to join its team, with a particular focus on the interior architecture of projects during the later stages of design and delivery.
You will work on substantial private residences, developing and coordinating the architectural and interior architecture elements from detailed design through to construction and completion. This will include producing detailed plans, internal elevations, joinery packages, finishes information, lighting and small power layouts, schedules and specifications.
Working closely with interior designers, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers, you will ensure the design intent is translated into coordinated, technically resolved and buildable information.
You will review consultant and subcontractor drawings, respond to RFIs, comment on fabrication information and resolve design issues as they arise during construction. You will also attend site meetings, liaise directly with clients and maintain oversight of quality through to practical completion. xwwtmva
