Balancing hands on leadership with operational oversight, you will provide guidance and support to colleagues, help maintain regulatory compliance, oversee care planning and ensure residents continue to receive compassionate, high quality care within a safe and supportive environment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced nurse qualified leader who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a senior leadership position.
