My client is a growing property management business specialising in the management of commercial and residential real estate across a range of asset classes. Providing a tailored, high-quality service to a diverse client base, from private individuals to institutional investors, the business is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Commercial Property Manager to play a key role in managing and enhancing its expanding portfolio.
Role Overview
The Senior Property Manager will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of commercial properties, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day property operations, manage client relationships, provide financial oversight, and support the development of junior team members.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
