Senior Training Advisor - Plastering
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about developing talent and shaping the future of the plastering industry through apprenticeships? We're looking for a motivated Senior Training Advisor (Plastering) to lead, support, and deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes that make a real difference.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your trade expertise with a passion for learning and development. You'll play a key role in supporting apprentices and working closely with local employers and construction businesses, helping them develop skilled plasterers and build a strong workforce for the future.

This is your opportunity to inspire the next generation of plasterers while developing your own career. No previous teaching or training experience is required.
