This Security Operations Lead role will sit within SBX, working closely with the Birkin team to shape, develop and deliver a modern, technology-enabled security offering across the UK.

This is a key operational leadership opportunity for someone who can combine strong security operations experience with a passion for service excellence, compliance, innovation and continuous improvement. You will take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, contract mobilisation, workforce leadership, client relationships, operational performance and budget control, while supporting the implementation of technology-enabled and AI-driven security solutions.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Security & Innovation, and working alongside the Birkin operational team you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, performance and delivery of SBX Security operations. The role will cover operational leadership, contract management, mobilisation, workforce planning, client service, compliance, governance, assurance, performance reporting, budget management and continuous improvement.
