What began with THE NICI Bournemouth, our original flagship hotel inspired by Miami's South Beach, has grown into an exciting collection of destination-led properties. In June 2026, the collection expanded with the opening of THE NICI Newquay, inspired by Italy's Amalfi Coast, and THE NICI New Forest, inspired by the luxury and charm of the Hamptons.

The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused Membership Manager to join our Spa team. Responsible for growing and maintaining our membership community, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members while driving engagement, retention, and new membership opportunities.
Working closely with the Spa and wider hotel teams, you will build strong relationships with members, create memorable experiences, and help position THE NICI Spa as a leading luxury wellness destination.
