EXPEIRENCED INDUSTRIAL SERVICES CONTRACTS MANAGER REQUIRED.We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee client contracts from initial enquiry through to project completion.

TITLE: Contract Manager Industrial Services
LOCATION: Chester, North West EnglandThis will be an office-based role with visits to client sites
SALARY: £50,000 -£60,000 & Company vehicle plus commission

ROLE: Contract Manager Industrial Services
Develop project plans, budgets, cost estimates, and delivery schedules
Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contract terms
Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines
Act as the key point of contact for clients, project teams, and stakeholders
Attend site meetings and oversee operational delivery
Coordinate subcontractors, technical teams, financial staff, and third parties
Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget
Support business growth through excellent customer service and relationship management
Experience required - Contract Manager Industrial Services
Experience managing contracts within waste xwwtmva management, environmental services, industrial operations, or related sectors
Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance
Strong budget management and commercial awareness
