They are looking for a Senior Architect to become a key hire within the business - someone who can take ownership of project delivery, allowing the practice owner to focus on business development and client relationships. This is a genuine opportunity to shape a growing studio and take on increasing responsibility as the team expands, rather than simply fitting into an existing, rigid structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project delivery from design through to completion, working primarily in Revit
Manage day-to-day workload and quality of output on residential and commercial projects
Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships
Support and coordinate with other team members, reviewing and checking work as needed
Contribute to maintaining project and technical standards across the practice
As the team grows, take on a more active role overseeing and mentoring other team members and their output
Work closely with the practice owner to help identify priorities and support smart, sustainable scaling of the business
Skills and Experience
- Proven xwwtmva experience as an architect, ideally with exposure to high-end residential projects (commercial experience also valued)
Strong working knowledge of Revit
Comfortable working in a smaller studio environment, with the flexibility and initiative that requires
A collaborative, adaptable attitude
Strong client-facing skills and professionalism
Digitally minded and organised approach to work
Ability to work independently while contributing to a small, close-knit team culture
